SIDBI Bank Recruitment 2025 : Selection Process
- Phase I: Online screening exam with one paper of 7 sections (200 marks).
- Phase II: Online exam with two papers (200 marks total).
- Phase III: Interview (100 marks), includes consideration of extracurricular achievements and service awards (with valid proof).
- Psychometric Test: After Phase II, shortlisted candidates undergo a Psychometric Test to assess personality and suitability, which may be shared with the interview panel.
- Final Selection: Based on performance in Phase II and Interview.

- Login: Log in using your User ID and Password.
- Fill the Application Form: Open the application form under Advertisement No. 03/Grade ‘A’ and ‘B’/2025-26 and fill in all required details accurately.
- Upload Documents: Upload necessary documents such as passport-size photo, signature, educational certificates, etc.
- Pay Application Fee: Pay online using Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or offline through E-Challan.
