- Teachers working in Primary, Middle, Secondary, or Higher Secondary Schools (including Physical Education Teachers) and Librarians appointed by local bodies in Bihar can apply.

Bihar BSEB Sakshamta Pariksha Phase 4th & 5th Recruitment 2025: Document Requirements
- Photo: Recent passport-sized colored photo with a white or light-colored background.
- Signature: Clear signature on white paper using a black or blue pen.
- Educational Certificates: 10th, 12th, Graduation/Degree, and Postgraduate/Professional Degree (if applicable) mark sheets and certificates.
- Caste Certificate: Valid caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates issued by a competent authority.
- EWS Certificate: Income and asset certificate for EWS candidates.
- PwD Certificate: Disability certificate issued by a medical authority for PwD candidates.
- ID Proof: Aadhaar card, Voter ID, or any other government-issued ID.

How To Fill Bihar BSEB Sakshamta Pariksha Phase 4th & 5th Online Form 2025
- Visit the official BSEB website: secondary.biharboardonline.com.
- Register using a valid email ID and mobile number.
- Navigate to the “Sakshamta Pariksha Phase 4th & 5th” application section.
- Fill in all required details in the application form.
- Upload scanned copies of required documents (photo, signature, certificates, etc.).
- Pay the application fee of ₹1100/- using Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, or Mobile Wallet.
