- B.Sc Nursing with a 6-month Certificate in Community Health (CCH) from a recognized institute (from 2020 onwards), OR
- Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with the same CCH certificate (from 2020 onwards), OR
- B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing / GNM with a completed CCH certificate (from 2020 onwards).
- Note: Candidates may need to be registered with the Bihar Nursing Council. Check the official notification for details.

- Find the link for CHO Admit Card 2025 (expected release between 4–7 July 2025).
- Click the link and log in using your Registration/Application Number and Date of Birth/Password.
- Your admit card will appear—download and save the PDF.
- Print out the admit card to take to the exam center.
