HPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant subject from an Indian or accredited foreign university.
- Additional Requirements:
- Qualification in UGC NET or CSIR NET; candidates with a Ph.D. as per UGC regulations are exempt from NET.
- Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric level.

HPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2025: Mode of Selection
- Screening Test: 100 MCQs, 2 hours, covering general awareness, reasoning, and basic subject knowledge; negative marking (0.25 marks per wrong answer).
- Subject Knowledge Test (SKT): Descriptive, 87.5% weightage, subject-specific.
- Skill Test: Qualifying, for Fine Arts and Music, conducted from 04–12 April 2025.
- Interview: 12.5% weightage, assessing teaching ability and subject expertise.
