NFL Non-Executive Recruitment 2024: Educational Qualification
- Junior Engineering Assistant Grade II (Production): Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology or B.Sc. with Chemistry with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates).
- Store Assistant/Accounts Assistant: Graduate in any discipline with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates).
- Loco Attendant Grade II/III, Attendant Grade I: Matric + ITI in Welder, Electrician, Power Distribution, or Technician (Power Electronic System) with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates).
- Nurse: B.Sc. (Nursing) or General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates).
- Pharmacist: Diploma in Pharmacy or B.Pharma with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates).

NFL Non-Executive Recruitment 2024: Mode of Selection
- OMR-Based Test: 150 marks, 120 minutes, covering General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and Technical/Trade Knowledge. Minimum 50% marks (75/150) required to qualify.
- Skill (Trade) Test: Qualifying in nature for specific posts (e.g., Loco Attendant, Technician). Conducted post-written exam for shortlisted candidates.
- Document Verification: Includes educational certificates, ID proof, caste certificate, and age proof.
