UPSC Combined Medical Services CMS Recruitment 2025 : Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have passed the written and practical parts of the final M.B.B.S. examination.
- Candidates awaiting results of the final M.B.B.S. examination can apply, provided they produce proof of passing at the time of the Personality Test.
- Exam on 20 July 2025, two shifts (Paper-I: 9:00 AM–11:00 AM, Paper-II: 2:00 PM–4:00 PM), two papers (Paper-I: General Medicine and Paediatrics, 250 marks, 120 questions; Paper-II: Surgery, Gynaecology & Obstetrics, Preventive & Social Medicine, 250 marks, 120 questions), 2 hours each, 1/3 negative marking per wrong answer.

How To Download UPSC Combined Medical Services CMS Admit Card 2025
- Visit the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in.
- Navigate to the “Admit Card” section under “Examination” on the homepage.
- Find the link titled “E-Admit Card: Combined Medical Services Examination 2025” released on 10 July 2025.
- Log in using your Registration Number, Date of Birth, and any captcha if prompted, then click Submit.
- Verify details on the displayed admit card, including your name, photo, exam date (20 July 2025), shift (9:00 AM–11:00 AM for Paper-I or 2:00 PM–4:00 PM for Paper-II), reporting time, and exam centre location.
- Download and print at least two copies of the admit card for exam day and future reference.
- Bring a valid photo ID (e.g., Aadhar, Voter ID, PAN, Driving License, Passport) along with the admit card to the exam centre.
